- "Not published" ≠ zero. An undisclosed monthly fee or FX margin often exceeds the highest published one. Budget for it until the provider confirms in writing.
- Custom pricing has a floor anyway. Providers quoting "custom" still have internal rate cards — ask for the schedule, not a slogan.
