Privacy policy
What we collect, who we share it with, and the rights you have under UAE data protection law. Last reviewed: October 2026.
Who we are
Raqma is an independent comparison service for UAE business financial products. For data-protection requests contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Match answers — product need, company stage, jurisdiction, activity type, owner residency, revenue band and document readiness you select in the matcher.
- Contact details — name, work email, phone and company name you submit with a request.
- Service tier — whether you chose free introduction, assisted or priority opening, plus the suggested document checklist.
- Technical data — page, language, country and marketing parameters (UTM) recorded with each request.
How we use it
- To route your request to the provider or partner you selected.
- To operate, measure and improve the comparison service.
- To contact you about your request. We do not run marketing calls, SMS or WhatsApp campaigns.
Who we share it with
Only with your explicit consent, given per request via the consent checkbox:
- The provider you asked to be introduced to.
- For assisted and priority tiers — the independent UAE corporate-services partner that delivers the paid service.
One request goes to one selected party; we do not sell lead bundles. Analytics shared with our group is aggregated and anonymised.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Request data is kept while your request is active and for operational record-keeping thereafter; you may ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at any time via [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Tag Manager for anonymous usage measurement and lead-event tracking. No advertising cookies are set by us.
International transfer
Providers and partners we pass your request to are UAE-based. Where a tool processes data abroad, transfer happens under contractual safeguards consistent with PDPL.
