Terms of use
The rules for using Raqma — a comparison service, not a bank, lender or adviser. Last reviewed: October 2026.
The service
Raqma publishes comparisons of UAE business financial products — business accounts, payment gateways, corporate cards, multi-currency accounts and SME financing — based on providers' published terms. We are not a bank, lender, payment institution, broker or financial adviser, and we do not hold client money.
No advice, no approval
Comparisons and fit indications are informational, built from published requirements — they are not financial advice and not a promise of eligibility, approval or pricing. All applications are assessed and decided by the provider's own teams.
Introductions and paid services
- Introductions to providers are free for you.
- Assisted and priority opening are optional paid services delivered and invoiced by an independent UAE corporate-services partner. You receive a fixed quote and approve it before anything is billed.
- We may receive referral fees from providers. That never changes ranking, scoring or content — placements are labelled.
Data accuracy
Every figure carries a source and a last-reviewed date; where a provider does not publish a term we show it as not published, never as zero. Providers may change terms at any time — confirm conditions directly before applying.
Your responsibilities
Submit accurate information and use the service for lawful business purposes only. Consent you give for data sharing is governed by the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for provider decisions, service outcomes or losses arising from reliance on published comparisons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
